Who we are and scope
ITWGroups Pte Ltd (Formerly ITWerks Group of Companies) (Singapore company registration no. 200402043H), of The JTC Summit, Jurong East, Singapore, is responsible for this website. We are Singapore and Asia focused, and the website may be accessed globally. This notice applies to personal data processed through this website.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation and role (if provided), timeframe and area of interest, message, and limited technical information used to secure the form and prevent abuse. We create secure internal enquiry records to manage and follow up on submissions. An enquiry may also be submitted to our email delivery provider, but delivery to an inbox is not guaranteed. It is not added to a customer relationship management system. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Technical data and service providers
The website is hosted on Replit infrastructure, uses Resend to deliver contact enquiries by email, and loads the Manrope and DM Mono typefaces from Google Fonts. Those providers may process contact or technical data such as IP address, browser details, request logs, or essential service information under their own terms. When enabled on the published website, Replit-hosted analytics records page visits and selected interactions using limited technical data. We do not include names, email addresses, enquiry text, or chat messages in analytics events.
Purposes and legal bases
Where personal data is processed, it may be used to operate and secure the website, respond to direct communications, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the applicable law, processing may rely on consent, legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or legal obligation.
Singapore PDPA
For individuals in Singapore, we handle personal data in line with applicable obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including notification of purposes, consent where required, reasonable protection, retention limitation, and access and correction rights.
UK and EEA visitors
ITWGroups is not claiming an established office in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. If our activities bring processing within UK GDPR or EU GDPR scope, applicable rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. We will review transfer safeguards and any representative obligations before targeting those markets.
Sharing and international transfers
We may disclose personal data to service providers where necessary to host, secure, or operate the website and deliver enquiries. Providers may process data outside Singapore. Where the Singapore PDPA or another applicable law requires it, we will use contractual or other safeguards designed to provide a standard of protection comparable to the protection under applicable law.
Retention and security
Contact submissions create secure internal enquiry records. We generally retain unsuccessful enquiries for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably needed for legal claims, security, or regulatory obligations. Customer records follow separate contractual and statutory schedules. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards proportionate to the information processed and cease retaining personal data when it is no longer needed for a legal or business purpose.
Individual rights and complaints
To request access or correction, exercise another applicable right, ask a privacy question, or make a complaint, email our privacy contact at dpo@itwgroups.com. Singapore residents may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission. Individuals elsewhere may have the right to contact their local privacy authority.
Children
This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal data from them through it.
Marketing and cookies
We do not currently send marketing communications through this website or use advertising or marketing cookies. Replit-hosted analytics may be enabled to understand aggregate website usage and outcomes. If our use of tracking technologies changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Changes and contact
